Every once in a while, as a wedding professional, you get that bride that you are so excited about her wedding that you want to do nothing but that wedding! Tatum was that kind of bride for me. She was so funny and so easy going. Her parents (who happen to be members) were excited about the wedding. They started wedding planning about 18-20 months out so we had plenty of time to build up my excitement with this family. And the photos with Tatum's dad, Bill, get me all the feels every time! I know the love both he and Terri share for their daughters and their photos captured every bit of it.
Tatum and Nathan were die hard Mississippi State fans (Hail State!) so his groom's cake had to have a cowbell or two around it. We loved it! He took his favorite dessert (cheesecake) and turned it into a bulldog worthy groom's cake and it was delicious!
Christen Jones was here all day to capture every emotion of the day. She even did an Instagram Story about the day in the life of a wedding photographer to show you how the day goes from behind the camera. It is always fun when she is out here and she got some amazing shots of Tatum and Nathan on our course that we weren't sure we could get in the iffy November weather.
The wedding pros for this wedding were magic makers! Deedra Stone Designs transformed the golf house into a beautiful lush garden and the smell was amazing! Lee Sanders made the beautiful wedding cake while City Hall Cheesecakes took on the task of the Groom's cake. Simply Delicious came in to help with feeding everyone and the Soul Shockers kept everyone on the dance floor all night long! Lisa Childers wrangled all of these vendors all day long to keep everyone in check.
